We recognize the entire Hyatt Regency to be the AIM Conference. We have bought out the entire hotel and will activate spaces throughout the entire property. In order to be fair to all of our partners, we will entirely control access to the common areas so every sponsor gets to equitably participate. If a non-registered partner attendee is in Pete's, Watertable, the lobby, courtyard or at the Hyatt, you will be invoiced $7,500 for their attendance.
