Getting started

If you are new to TeamFlow, start here:

  • Sign in with your team login.
  • Open your task dashboard to view assigned and open work.
  • Use the calendar tab to see upcoming tasks by date and time.
  • Update task status as you work so your manager can see progress in real time.

Common questions

I forgot my password

Use the password reset option on the login screen or contact your team administrator for help.

I am not receiving reminders

Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings and confirm your team has reminders turned on.

I cannot see my tasks

Try refreshing the app, confirming you are signed into the correct account, and checking with your manager to make sure tasks were assigned.

How do I claim an open task?

Go to the Open Board section and tap the claim button on any available task.

How do I update a task?

Open the task and change the status to To Do, In Progress, or Complete depending on your progress.
