Kris cofounded FloorPlanOnline 16 years ago to put the photo in the context of its location on the floor plan. The company has evolved into a multi-state proptech platform for real estate agents and brokerages, property managers and homeowners. The goal is to tell the story of every home or property through visualization and documentation tools. FloorPlanOnline is a full service virtual tour provider that serves cities throughout the US, and HomeDiary is its connected home management platform, where the content lives on. Prior to founding FloorPlanOnline, Kris held business development roles at Classmates and AT&T Wireless. He started his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Kris is an FAA certified drone pilot and gets out from time to time. He enjoys the Pacific Northwest with his family and awesome dog Murphy.
Terry Danner brings almost 30 years of experience to his role of Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for leading SightPlan’s strategic direction and partnering with other industry suppliers to solve the challenges of multifamily operations. Prior to joining SightPlan, Terry founded Riverstone Residential, which was acquired by Greystar and spent time working on-site, in regional roles, and in building successful management operations. Terry is committed to the multifamily industry and has active roles with the National Apartment Association and National Multifamily Housing Council.
CJ Edmonds leads the revenue growth of the business through new customer acquisition, customer expansion, and customer retention. Prior to joining SmartRent, he ran the sales organization at G5 for nine years, delivering digital marketing solutions to the real estate sector. There he had a consistent track record of 25%+ YOY growth and was integral in growing the company from $4M to $40M ARR. Mr. Edmonds has more than 22 years of executive-level management experience in the SaaS and wireless industries, helping companies like NTT/Verio and Nextel Communications grow revenue in new markets to more than $200 Million. Mr. Edmonds holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Lucas Haldeman, CEO and founder of SmartRent, has spent the last two decades innovating and developing property management technology for the real estate industry. Haldeman's in-depth multifamily knowledge and experience uniquely position him to start SmartRent. He felt compelled to create the suite of solutions after noticing recurring pain points for property owners and managers that could be solved with IoT and smart home technology solutions managed from an enterprise level. Prior to founding SmartRent, he served as the chief technology and marketing officer of Colony Starwood Homes where Mr. Haldeman and his team developed a platform that was instrumental in helping the business acquire, renovate, lease and manage more than 40,000 single family homes. Previously, he served as the CIO and marketing officer for Beazer Pre-Owned Rental Homes and was the founder and managing partner of Nexus Property Management.
Stacy Holden has over 20 years of experience in multifamily property management and currently serves as an Industry Principal and Director at AppFolio. A former controller of one of the largest property management firms in the Northwest, Stacy has firsthand experience in property management and is an expert on how organizations can leverage technology to solve urgent business challenges. Prior to AppFolio, Stacy spent several years in the real estate technology group at Intuit.
Jeffrey D. Kok serves as the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Information Officer for Mill Creek Residential. He is the chair of the Innovation Committee and a member of the Audit and Administrative Committee. In his role, Mr. Kok is responsible for overseeing Innovation, Building Technology, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity with the goal to transform how Mill Creek leverages technology as a competitive advantage and increase the value of Mill Creek’s communities.
Mr. Kok joined Mill Creek in December 2015 and has developed a robust team with the goal to use technology to drive innovation, automation, investment value, net operating income, and operational efficiencies across development, acquisitions, construction, property management, asset management, and the national services functions. He believes the foundation for leading a team is remembering three principles:

Today, he is a pillar in multifamily industry circles. Dave has served in leadership roles for the National Apartment Association and as the past-President of the Texas Apartment Association. Under Dave’s visionary leadership, Madera Residential has grown to become a leading innovator in the multifamily space.

As a leading proponent of technology-forward operations, he is constantly exploring new ways to foster connections between people and products that easily solve user needs.
Kevin brings nearly thirty years of diversified marketing expertise in the multifamily and consumer packaged-goods industries. Over the last twenty years, Kevin has headed the marketing and communications teams at leading REIT and Apartment Management companies, including AvalonBay Communities, Bell Partners and Carlisle Residential, totaling over 125,000 apartment homes across the country. Kevin began his marketing and branding career in traditional consumer packaged goods, managing brands such as Iams and Eukanuba Petfoods (Procter & Gamble); Fruit of the Loom, BVD, and hotel brands including Embassy Suites, Residence Inn, and Homewood Suites. Kevin has been responsible for conceptualizing and executing both corporate and property marketing strategies, including oversight of traditional/social media planning & advertising, public relations & corporate communications, consumer insights, and crisis response management. Other areas of specialization include reputation management, copywriting and design direction, marketing operations support (analytics, lead generation, acquisition/disposition processes, and vendor relationships).
Stephen T. Winn founded RealPage and has served as RealPage chief executive officer, chairman of the board, and a member of our board of directors since November 1998.
Prior to RealPage, Mr. Winn served in various executive positions, including president of Research Institute of America, a provider of information services to the accounting industry and a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomson Reuters Corporation, and president and chief executive officer of Computer Language Research Inc., a publicly traded company focused on tax compliance, tax research and accounting software, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters Corporation.
Mr. Winn was one of five people recognized by the National Apartment Association as a leader in the multifamily industry. Accounting Today recognized him as one of the 100 most influential people. In June 2012, Mr. Winn was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 Southwest Area North Award recipient.
Chris is Partner and Managing Director at RET Ventures, the first industry-backed early stage venture fund primarily focused on helping build cutting-edge real estate technology companies for the multifamily and single-family rental segments.
Prior to joining RET Ventures, Chris spent twelve years at leading global private investment firm TPG, where he led growth and private equity investments in tech-enabled companies, partnered closely with CEOs and entrepreneurs and served on numerous boards. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, primarily in the communications and media sectors.Chris received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, as well as an AB in Economics and an SM in Computer Science from Harvard University.
