Kris cofounded FloorPlanOnline 16 years ago to put the photo in the context of its location on the floor plan.  The company has evolved into a multi-state proptech platform for real estate agents and brokerages, property managers and homeowners.  The goal is to tell the story of every home or property through visualization and documentation tools.   FloorPlanOnline is a full service virtual tour provider that serves cities throughout the US, and HomeDiary is its connected home management platform, where the content lives on.  Prior to founding FloorPlanOnline, Kris held business development roles at Classmates and AT&T Wireless.  He started his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Kris is an FAA certified drone pilot and gets out from time to time.  He enjoys the Pacific Northwest with his family and awesome dog Murphy.

Terry Danner brings almost 30 years of experience to his role of Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for leading SightPlan’s strategic direction and partnering with other industry suppliers to solve the challenges of multifamily operations. Prior to joining SightPlan, Terry founded Riverstone Residential, which was acquired by Greystar and spent time working on-site, in regional roles, and in building successful management operations. Terry is committed to the multifamily industry and has active roles with the National Apartment Association and National Multifamily Housing Council.

Mr. Edmonds has more than 22 years of executive-level management experience in the SaaS and wireless industries, helping companies like NTT/Verio and Nextel Communications grow revenue in new markets to more than $200 Million. Mr. Edmonds holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Stephen T. Winn founded RealPage and has served as RealPage chief executive officer, chairman of the board, and a member of our board of directors since November 1998.

Prior to RealPage, Mr. Winn served in various executive positions, including president of Research Institute of America, a provider of information services to the accounting industry and a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomson Reuters Corporation, and president and chief executive officer of Computer Language Research Inc., a publicly traded company focused on tax compliance, tax research and accounting software, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters Corporation.
