Stephanie Fuhrman is managing director of technology services for Greystar. She is responsible for the implementation, support, and training for property systems; she also serves as chair of the Greystar innovation team and participates on the business intelligence advisory team. Stephanie is focused on modeling a new class of tech-savvy executives, focused on innovation, behavioral marketing, and the customer experience, positioning Greystar to employ scalable technology platforms.
Stephanie joined Greystar in 2014 and started with Riverstone in 2010, and has management experience in multiple industries. In her former role as executive vice president of property services, she was responsible for property marketing, systems training, marketing automation, education, and property transitions. Stephanie holds an executive MBA with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington State University.

Lauren Curley is the Chief Operating Officer for Bonaventure Realty Group, where she oversees Bonaventure's Property Management Division. Lauren has been featured as a speaker at the NAA Education Conference, the NAA Apartment Internet Marketing (AIM) Conference, and the NAA Maximize Asset Management Conference with specific focus on data and technology initiatives within the multifamily space. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

As the Vice President of Revenue Strategies, Rachel Davidson is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Revenue and Sales and Ancillary Services departments. She began her career with Alliance in 2010 as the Regional Vice President of the Pacific Northwest region where she managed operations at multiple properties totaling more than 900 units. Most recently, Ms. Davidson served as the Director of Revenue and Sales with responsibility for developing customer experiences and maximizing revenue on all assets across Alliance’s national portfolio. She has more than 18 years of multifamily experience on both the operations side and in a corporate support capacity.
Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing at LMC, a Lennar Company, Beth Tuttle strategically plans and executes Marketing and Branding at the corporate and site level. She supports pre-development, marketing, and promotion for a national portfolio of new construction projects which includes roughly seventy-five communities nation-wide. She takes great pride in managing LMC’s amazing Marketing Team and promoting the LMC brand.
Beth is a Texas Tech Graduate and joined the multifamily industry in 2001. She has maintained her NALP designation from the National Apartment Association since 2004 and well as her ARM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management since 2008. Beth truly loves her job with LMC, but she also cherishes the time she can spend with her family, including her precocious 3-year old son.
Jamie Matusek brings over 20 years of experience in account leadership, operations, sales, and interactive and traditional marketing to her role as President of Catalyst. Jamie leads the company’s team of experts to grow the client portfolio, expand into new industry verticals, and strengthen existing client relationships. Over the past three years at Catalyst, Jamie has been instrumental in introducing integrated marketing to the student and multifamily housing industries, while establishing key business practices, restructuring team processes, and developing marketing strategies that positively drive the bottom line.
Jamie has years of experience in strategic marketing for big brands in student housing and multifamily real estate, in addition to partnerships with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 brands in commercial real estate, franchised organizations, telecommunications, and more. She has worked with notable brands including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, General Mills, Freddie Mac, AT&T, Pizza Hut, and Prudential.

Tonya Reiman's passion for body language began in her first year of college at Pace University when a psychology professor came nose to nose with her in order to demonstrate the significance of "personal space". Building from that pivotal moment, she later graduated from Pace University and began her independent research of non-verbal communication. Due to the disciplines' non-traditional nature, Reiman was forced to create her program as she studied.

Brad Cribbins serves as COO/President of Alliance’s management division, with responsibility for overseeing our regional property management teams and all corporate support departments, including finance, performance, marketing, revenue strategies, technology, asset engineering and business development. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Cribbins was the Vice President of Operations for Guardian Management with responsibility for overseeing fee-based and JV relationships for institutional and private clients on conventional, tax-credit and program properties. He also held a key leadership role in two start-up ventures providing technology services to the industry. As a highly-respected leader in the multifamily industry, Mr. Cribbins was featured on the cover of Multifamily Executive’s (MFE) February 2013 issue, and has served as a keynote speaker at several industry conventions, including RealShare, Crittenden, and multiple National Apartment Association (NAA) and MFE conferences. Mr. Cribbins graduated from Azusa Pacific University.

Prior to launching Anyone Home, Todd’s 22 years of industry experience include key executive positions at Entrata, Real Page, BRE Properties and Rent.com.
Todd served on the Board of Directors for both the National Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association. He lives in Coto de Caza, California with his wife and 3 children as well as a cat that he hates.

Brandon Hornibrook serves as Internet Marketing Director for Berkshire Communities. In his role at Berkshire, he is responsible for developing and executing its online marketing strategy – including the website user experience, mobile usability, lead conversion, as well as data and systems integration for a portfolio of over 70 properties with a value of approximately $6.8 billion. Prior to joining Berkshire in April of 2011, Mr. Hornibrook worked in the IT vertical in a marketing capacity for nearly 15 years for companies in computer hardware, computer software, project staffing and consulting. Mr. Hornibrook holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Florida State University. In addition to his marketing experience, he also taught as an adjunct English professor at Georgia Perimeter College from 1998-2005 – and has served on the boards of several non-profit business networking organizations including the Atlanta Executive Network, Out & Equal, and an advisory board for Delta Air Lines focused on consumer diversity.

Prior to joining Monument, Mr. Lozinak served as a division president of Invitation Homes where he oversaw the operational and financial aspects of an 8,000-home rental portfolio with properties in North Carolina, Chicago and Minneapolis.
Mr. Lozinak has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and management, having previously managed extensive portfolio across the U.S. for Waterton Residential, ING Clarion Partners and Archstone. He graduated cum laude from Saint Bonaventure University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. Mr. Lozinak also served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
